Our modern workshop is fully equipped to undertake an extensive range of repair and service tasks ranging from simple oil and filter changes to full engine re-builds and crash damage repair for all types of motorcycles and scooters.

We have considerable experience in preparing both on and off road competition bikes and help maintain many such bikes during the course of the racing season. For most makes of competition bike we are usually able to organise next day delivery on ordered parts.

Ultrasonic Carburetor Cleaning

We have recently invested in a commercial ultrasonic cleaner and as you can see below, the results are impressive. Petrol left standing in carburetors will over time thicken and turn into varnish like deposits which can partially or sometimes totally block the various jets etc. In some cases this will make the bike impossible to start, at best it can result in impaired performance. Conventional chemical spray carb cleaners / injector cleaners usually have little effect on these deposits once they have hardened wheras an ultrasonic cleaner will generally shift them in a matter of minutes and leave the carb looking like new.
